Aqua Aerobics

Finally, the Aqua Aerobic program you have been waiting for is here and in Aqua Adventure! This engaging and interactive aquatics exercise program is new, and will be taught by highly enthusiastic instructors who will be leading you through exercises using pool noodles, kickboards, and water weights. The goal is to improve overall cardiovascular health and greater muscular endurance, improving muscular strength for the body doing various aerobic exercises in our pool while having fun. All COVID protocols will be followed and classes will be outdoors in a heated pool. Be sure to sign up early and improve your level of fitness and health this summer and have a blast while working out!

Lap Swim

The 2021 lap swim season will be open this summer at our Oasis Pool inside Aqua Adventure through pre-registration.

Get in shape in our heated pools! For adults and students who are interested in lap swimming as a great aerobic workout. Lap swim will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30am-10:30am and your swim lane will be assigned as you enter. The season will be split up into 3 sessions which you will be able to sign up for at any time. You must register online to participate. We will prorate if you miss earlier dates.
